Hi all,
This is Zheng Sun, one of finders of
Keichousaurus regarding new structures as attached pictures. Now in the
origin area of Keichousaurus, we found a juvenile yuananensis with special
structure, a completed clear body, fossilized in positive and negative
molds (limestone slab), maybe it is a new finding-point compared with previous
study in Keichousaurus.
This yuananensis 's length is just 60 mm, the head, the
neck, and the tail are similarly constructed as the named species,
but please focus on its dorsal aspect, you will find a
row of higher similar spinous thorns. << Could there
be something beneath the specimen that is bleading threw? Have you contacted O.
Rieppel? If
you have interest in vertebrate palaeontology and palaeoanthropology,
welcome to cooperate in study, attached 2 pictures as below. Tracy L. Ford P. O. Box 1171 Poway Ca
