paleo abstracts online

Dear all,
as usual, the abtracts of the forthcoming issue of RIVISTA ITALIANA DI
PALEONTOLOGIA E STRATIGRAFIA (that is vol. 107 n. 1)
are now browsable freely one month in advance at our website:

http://www.gp.terra.unimi.it/rivista.html

just look for vol 107 n. 1

of particular interest for dinosaur people:

M. Avanzini, G. Gierlinski & G. Leonardi - First report of sitting
Anomoepus tracks in European Lower Jurassic (Lavini di Marco Site -
Northern Italy).

It's the track of a dinosaur crouched on its heels.

Of interest for vertebrate paaleontologists there is also:

L. Abbazzi - Cervidea and Moschidea (mammalia, Arctiodactyla) from the
Baccinello V-3 Assemblage (Late Miocene, Late Turolian, Grosseto, Italy).

But I would recommend also a look at the new find of really beautiful
Triassic magpies:

W. Krzeminski & C. Lombardo - New fossil Ephemeroptera and Coleoptera from
the Ladinian (Middle Triassic) of Canton Ticino (Switzerland).

With all the best,

                                        Silvio Renesto
