Scientific American Dinos

I recently ordered the _Scientific American Book of Dinosaurs_ by (or edited 
by?) G. Paul off Amazon.com.  As Gregory Paul sometimes posts here, perhaps 
he or someone else can tell us more about the book. Is it a collection of 
articles previously appearing in Scientific American, or an original book? 
Can you let us know more about the contents?
