query regarding an Ichnotaxon

I read in a local newspaper that in south Africa there is a trackway that 
apparently has feather prints associated with the limb prints. Could any one 
clarify if this is for true? If yes what kind of animal could it be?
This same newspaper article adds that it was a fourlegged animal track- 
Could this mean that it was a predinosaurian with feathers?
