Re:troodontid

Where was this troodontid published. Or has it just been named. Is there any 
other more accessible publication of Achillobator. I wonder why such 
exciting theropods get very little publicity. I feel unless the 
paleontologists make their journals and publications more accessible to the 
rest of the non-paleontological scientific community if not the general 
populace they are unlikely to reap sustaining revenues.
