Re: lava and dinosaurs



Do the concretions reveal anything about soft tissues, body shapes, unexpected fins, paddles or extentions on tails etc.?

    there is a site I have been studying for six years, that has concreted life forms.
I believe the site was a hydrothermal vent, that erupted underwater,.
Ther are concreted casts of the plesiosaur,, mosasaurs, elasmosaurus, and clams? that are uo to 30 inches in diameter. the one thing that makes this site
different from pompii is that it happened under water.  As the animals decayed
the silt from water action filled in the cavities. Ther are no bones left but I assume they decayed from the heat of the ash, but there are plenty of concretions, if you layed aspine and ribs over them, you would have your animals
