Do you mean _Pasquiaornis_ which was described by Tokaryk, Cumbaa and Storer in 1997 (in JVP I think)? It's from the late Cretaceous of Saskatchewan, and although flightless in some respects (esp. humerus and femur) this hesperornithiform does resemble volant birds.

As for _Hesperornis_ being the only marine dinosaur, you're of course forgetting the penguins. ;-)
