Hello Matt!

It was something I read. Pg 26 from " Encyclopedia of Dinosaurs". Three
theories mentioned. One of them (at least) mentions "stored potential energy
from the ground-reaction force at footfall as metatarsal III moves
proximally",...and "release of the stored potential energy at takeoff,
adding thrust to the hindlimb". I just read it again, and I`m still not sure
I understand it.....8^).
