Why would this be necessary? Use {_Ceratops_ + _Centrosaurus_} to define
Ceratopsinae, and then you can have two or three subfamilies, depending on
the phylogeny.

That one has already been named Ceratopsomorpha (and unfortunately, it's
probably inside Ceratopsoidea [=={_Montanoceratops_ + Ceratopsidae}]).
