It was mentioned in Chatterjee's "The Rise of Birds" 1997. and he spoke
about it at the Society of vertebrate Paleontology (see abstracts journal of
vertebrate paleontology 1989 9(3): 16A), but we are still waiting for a
formal description (as always with Chatterjee, see Protoavis). So it's still
a Nomen Nudum
