Antarctosaurus

Short anatomical question.  In their description of _Titanosaurus colberti_, 
Jain and Bandyopadhyay (1997) regard _Antarctosaurus septentrionalis_ as a 
junior synonym of _T. indicus_.  _A. sept_ has a proportionately much longer 
scapula than _T. indicus_, but Jain and Bandyopadhyay claim that this is due 
to the coossification of the scapula with the "supra-scapula" in _A. sept_.  
This makes the scapula of _A. sept_ look longer than it really is.

Okay, so the question wasn't so short. :-)  But can anyone tell me what a 
"supra-scapula" is?
