Tianjin Hosts Show on Fossilized Dinosaur Eggs

TIANJIN (Feb. 3) XINHUA - An exhibition featuring fossilized dinosaur
eggs unearthed in China opened recently in the coastal city of Tianjin
in north China. 

More than 200 dinosaur eggs were being displayed during the show, which
was jointly organized by the Tianjin Nature Museum and the Institute of
Vertebrate Paleontology and Paleoanthropology affiliated with the
Chinese Academy of Sciences. 
 
Thus far, fossils of dinosaur eggs have been found in Henan, Guangdong,
Jiangxi, Shandong and Hubei provinces and in the Inner Mongolia and the
Xinjiang Uygur autonomous regions in China. 

Both the number and categories of fossilized dinosaur eggs uncovered in
China are believed to rank first in the world. 

The show will close on May 15.
