Longisquama

Hi

Can anyone tell me the stratigraphic horizon in which _Longisquama insignis_ 
was found?  I know the geographical location (Osh Province, Kirgizstan, 
Central Asia), but no geological info (horizon, date).  No publication I 
have read will tell me this.
