Does this imply that we now have evidence of some advanced, hand-standing
dinosaurs? ;)

Actually, it means the translator was in a hurry and forgot that English
language has a different word for foot "fingers". Many languages don't make
this distinction: they are all just "fingers" :)
It is funny, though,imagining some theropod hand-walking.
