Thanks for all your amusing off-list comments on the above. Believe it or
not, as we speak someone is sitting in an office in New York 'translating'
*Why Elephants...* from English into 'American'. Not a very taxing job to
be sure, but deemed necessary for you Yanks who don't speak proper like
what we does over 'ere.
