Walking with the Dinosaurs (fwd)

The University of Bristol (with the BBC) is holding a day workshop,
including previews of the new BBC series "Walking with Dinosaurs" on Sat
2nd Oct in the Peel Lecture Theatre, Dept. of Geography, University of
Bristol. There is a small registration fee, for more info call Bristol
0117 928 7153

I realise that this is not of interest to everyone, and so apologies for
taking up space - it is maybe not worth the airfare to the UK! (also
attached message from Mike Benton to bottom).

WALKING WITH THE DINOSAURS

We are having a session devoted to the new BBC series on Saturday 2nd
October. Tim Haines, the BBC producer, and Mike Milne, the chief
animator, will be there, and there will be previews of the films, as
well as a detailed exposee of how they were made. [If you haven't seen
any of the previews, you will be stunned.]

There are posters around the Dept. with full details. Students,
including MSc and PhD, are welcome to attend free of charge; others
must pay a nominal sum. Merely register by calling internal 7153.
