Argentinosaurus size

I quote José Bonaparte: (translated) on the size of Argentinosaurus
huinculensis:

" ... The vertebrae.... measure between 1,40m y 1,60 m tall, and 1,30 wide
between both diapophysis. The ileon is really huge, with an acetabulum 70 cm
in diameter, and the femur attributed to this genus is 2,50 m long. These
measurements are really exceptional and put us in front of a sauropod
dinosaur about 10m tall up to the head, 6m to the hip, and with a total
weight of about 45 tons or more..."
("Los Dinosaurios de la Patagonia Argentina", José F. Bonaparte, 1998)

Additionally, in "Dinosaurios de América del Sur" (1996), Dr. Bonaparte
stated: "...further information on the gigantic size of this sauropod is
given by the tibia, which measures 1,60 m in lenght, being proportionally
gracile..."

Excuse my english is a little bit rusted, but I don´t have much chance to
practice ;-)
