Omeisauridae/Mamenchisauridae

I tried searching the archives on this one, but to no avail.

If one were to accept the existence of a family of sauropods containing 
_Omeisaurus_ and _Mamenchisaurus_, but not _Euhelopus_, what would that 
family be called?  Specifically, which was named first, Omeisauridae or 
Mamenchisauridae?

Note that I am asking when the *families* were named, not the genera.
