Possible Virus Transmission (Happy99.exe) Alert

A recent email from you had an attachment Happy99.exe.  This executable
attachment is a virus often unknowingly transmitted by email or on usenet.
There are several sites which describe the virus's action and how to remove
it.  I've included one below.

I also checked the CIAC site to make sure that this is not one of the
various virus hoaxes floating around.
