Care and Feeding of CD-ROMs

That gets the task to end, but now you've suddenly interrupted the program 
and you're still stuck with the cd sitting in the drive.  Why not go to 
nonags.com and download a free cd player front end which will close the 
program and eject the cd among a number of other good things?
I'm using one called Notify CD player and I think it's great!
