One of the more popular analytical tools on the DOS side is Hennig86,
which is not at all user friendly, but preferred by some. There is no
MacClade equivalent for Hennig86 in Windows, though a program called
Clados is often used for postanalytical work.
Nevertheless, if you're serious about systematics, you'll want to learn
PAUP, since that's the predominant package.
