T.rex skull pics?

Anyone out there know of any good photos (online preferred, but book
refs are good, too) of nearly complete _T.rex_ skulls? I have good pics
already of "Stan". the Wankel _T.rex_, the type specimen at Carnegie,
and the AMNH mounted skull. In particular I'd like to see "Black
Beauty". If I remember correctly, "Black Beauty" seemed to have a
longer, lower snout than most of the other specimens I had seen. I'm
trying to get an idea of how much of the variation in the _T.rex_ skulls
are a result of distortion, disease, injury, sexual dimorphism, age, or
simply individual variation; if anyone can help me out here I'd
appreciate it....thanks.

....also, does anyone know any new information about the "Rigby giant"
_T.rex_?
