Damn, I just ordered it from Barnes and Noble for $75. Sometimes Amazon is
cheaper, sometimes Barnes and Noble is, oh well. >>
For those with copernic99, there is a special book search category. It
includes both barnes and noble and amazon.com as well as a1books, borders,
and spree.com. Interestingly, the amazon listing did not come out with the
author included in the search, but did on the title alone. Conversely, the
barnes and noble listing comes out with the title and author, but not with
the title alone.
Anyway, copernic (available free at copernic99.com) is a really helpful
search tool. On general searches it includes 12 search engines, unduplicates
(partially) the results, ranks them in order of priority, and saves and
updates.
