Re: Skull of Daspletosaurus torosus
The Russell reference Tom posted has been republished, for example in
the Carnosauria chapter in *The Dinosauria*. There's also a
reconstruction in Bakker et al's "Nanotyrannus" description, but IIRC it
looks much like Russell's.
Photos of the skull, however, are available, albeit not very large
ones. See, for example, Plate 6 (p. 9) in:
Sternberg, C. M. 1946. Canadian dinosaurs. National Museum of Canada
