1) It has three fingers like the other 2 genera mentioned.
2) First of all, that's PROTarchaeopteryx without that second o. P. is a
groundbird much like Caudipteryx, only it could not fly like Archaeopteryx.

Personally, I place all 3 genera within Sauriurae.
