Yes.  It may be obtained by writing to or faxing the publications office
at Peabody MNH.  The details are on the website:

Right now, the price is $25 plus $5 for shipping.  I was told that
after March 1, the price may "double" because the speakers are
submitting more material than was presented at the symposium, and
the publication is likely to expand into two volumes.  Look for it to
be ready in late fall of 1999.
