Bugenasaura question

Galton's paper on thescelosaurs in the Neues Jahrbuch Fuer Geologie
und Palaentologie, in which he mentions the new gn. & sp.
_Bugenasuaura infernalis_, refers to an at-that-time unpublished
manuscript by him on the systematics of Bugenasaura.  Has it been
published in the meantime?

If so, where?  If not, does anyone know how to get in touch with Dr. G.?
