No hard to get publications on it: just the one reference in Science so far:

Forster, C.A. et al.  1998.  The theropod ancestry of birds: new evidence
from the Late Cretaceous of Madagascar.  Science 279: 1915-1919.

That's it.  Don't know if/when more detailed descriptions will be done.
_Rahonavis_ is working its way into newer phylogenetic analyses, but I don't
know that any of them are out yet.
