It was January 1993. A very nice painting by Gurche, one of my favourites.
I really like the look of that coloration on _T. rex_. How likely would
that sort of camouflage pattern have been, considering the environment? In
fact, that's a really nice article all in all. Really sums dinosaur
palaeontology up very nicely. I've been thinking...they should do another
article like that in about fifty years or something, to see how everything
has changed. In fact, if they do it in 2042, they'll coincide with the
200th anniversary of the word Dinosauria!
