Certainly I did, back in my article on Heterodontosauria (=Heterodontosauridae
+ Pachycephalosauria) for Gakken. Also did this back in 1991 in _Mesozoic
Meanderings_ #2 first printing. Don't know whether this was the first time;
seemed original with me.
