appropriately named The Dinosaur Museum.  Try contacting him there the next
time you're in Blanding, Utah:

This is the museum address and phone number and Czerkas is a busy man.  I
urge readers to not plague the museum with unnecessary phone calls, and
contact Czerkas only as needed.  I also urge readers to consider a trip to
The Dinosaur Museum if it is open the next time you are in town.  I haven't
seen the museum, but I have seen his full size dinosaur sculptures at the
natural history museums in Chicago, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.
