Pretty small in Triceratops, but it is there. There is a large one in
Leptoceratops and Montanoceratops (Chinnery in press). Also there is a
fairly large one in Chasmosaurus marscalensis.
Our new beast Zuniceratops (Wolfe and Kirkland, 1998) from the
Mid-Cretaceous has a large one as well (the paper naming it does not
come out officially for a couple more weeks, although I'm holding a copy
of the volume its in).
It's interesting none of the Asian stuff has one, but it is present in a
number of the more primitive North American ceratopsians.
Also we have a lot more skull material since the paper was written.
