Re: Succhomimus (again)
All this debate about Suchomimus's alleged piscivority makes me wonder what
Irritator was chowing down on...in the Santana you have a marked absence of
herbivorous dinosaurs but a huge abundance of fish and fishing-pterosaurs.
If Irritator was primarily a terrestrial predator it would seem unusual for
it to be present in an area devoid of it's potential prey.
Also...is it just me or is "Suchomimus" (basically croc-wannabe) a rather
wimpy name for such a majestic animal?
