GEOU reproductions

<Is this as good as it seems?>
"The Rieglers" is referring to the web site for fossil replicas offered
for sale by the Open University, UK. For anyone interested, that site can
be found at:
http://geou.open.ac.uk/fossils/fossils.html
The UK Open University has been in the fossil replica supply business
since the mid-90's, when it purchased an Essex based company formerly
known as Educational Palaeontological Reproductions. EPR had been in the
business for about 25 years before being purchased by the University.
Based on my experience, the prices are now a little high--they were more
competitive when sold through EPR. And many of the 2000 items are
replicas of fossil invertebrates, so who cares anyway........:)
This is only a replica of my opinion.
