I have an acquaintance who knows, believe me, and he tells me that it
will be a prequel to JP if the current discussions between Crichton
and Koepp bear fruit.  There are probs with this idea, of course. 
Fill in the blanks.

That's what they're saying, but same deep throat-like source says
Spielberg actually hasn't 100% ruled out directing.
