I personally think, that even though Mike is a very good artist, and
knows his stuff, he has a certain obsession about Tyrannosaurus being
the biggest theropod. If you've gotten the other Prehistoric Times
articles that he's written about Giganotosaurus and Tyrannosaurus rex.
At least he does, kind of say, that there is a chance a larger theropod
than T. rex may be found.

Unfortunally, the skull is of average size. Neal Larson has told me that
they have T. rex skeletons that have an average sized skull, but
abnormally (?, the question mark is because more specimens have been
found) large pelvis.
