Photos...
Hello all...
I've just subscribed to this list, and I would like to say how pleased I
am to have found a forum on one of my favorite subjects.
For most of the year I live in Havre, Montana, where I have easy access
to an area of 78 million year old sediments, where I enjoy fossil
hunting between classes. This past month, I found an interesting piece
that looks to be an upper arm or leg bone, though I am not certain. I'm
embarressed to say that I haven't been able to take all the appropriate
classes that even an amateur collecter should take, though I do try to
study up on anatomy during the summer.
My question is...would it be appropriate to include a photo with the odd
post, to gain help in identifying thepiece, and any future ones that
might be found? Or simply to share in some of my finds? I can easily
keep the images to 50k or less. However, if any of you feel that this
would make to great a load for the bandwidth, then I will, of course,
abstain, though I'd send the photos to any who might request them.
At any rate, I will not have access to a scanner until this fall, so
nothing would be immediate, anyway.
Thanks for your time and patience.
Best regards....
