For vertebrate paleontology,
here are only a *few* of the highly-regarded Masters degree programs:

Montana State University, Bozeman, Montana

University of California, Berkeley, California

University of Pennsylvania

University of Washington, Seattle, Washington

Yale University

University of Colorado, Denver, Colorado

There are many more fine vertebrate paleontology university programs
in addition to this short list.

Keep in mind that there are no undergraduate programs that
offer a BS in paleontology. You should major in either geology
and/or biology as an undergraduate. Then specialize in
vertebrate paleontology as a graduate student.

cheers,
