PICKERING'S 'NEW SPECIES'

With regard to _Tyrannosaurus stanwinstonorum_, a 'species' created 
by Pickering for the _Tyrannosaurus_ that we all know as 'Sue', Tom 
Holtz informs us that..

> critters. Poor guy also doesn't know his Latin grammar...

On what basis has he erected this new 'species'? Is there a 
diagnosis?
