It is NOT officially out yet, it was leaked (seemingly by accident) in
Barsbold's chapter on Oviraptorosauria in Currie & Padian's Encyclopedia of
Dinosaurs. Yes, it is apparently the same critter as O. mongoliensis. All
other info you requested is not available at present.
Oh, and the name is "Rinchenia" (as in Rinchen Barsbold).
