Oviraptor, Ingenia, Conchoraptor...same species...different species...messy

I have seen Oviraptor skulls whith large crests, and some whitout crests. 
Those whitout crests was _very_ similar to Conchoraptor and Ingenia. But 
Ingenia has allso got skulls which are long and slender (NGS #7 1996).

What I want to say are two things:
1. Some skull variations, make Oviraptor, Ingenia and Conchoraptor 
allmost identic!

2. Some of the skulls of the same species, are so different, they should 
be different genera!
