Since this comes up so often, the actuall proceedure should be mentioned 
(It's almost right, as described above):  the message should read 
"unsubscribe dinosaur  <your address here>".  If you are sending the
message to the listproc from the same address which receives the
listmail, it is not necessary to include your address.  In a frinedlier
tone, hope this helps,
