Dinosaur Systematics - publication

"Dinosaur Systematics" was published by Cambridge University Press and the 
official location of the publisher (not the printer) would be, I assume, 
Cambridge, England. The softcover version has a copyright of 1992 in case you 
need to know. The hardcover is 1990, as you say.
