Re: paleontologist



I think it's only a matter of time before Mickey puts a stop to this, so 
I better get my two cents worth in.

For vertebrate paleontologists, I'd have to go with George Gaylord 
Simpson.  For invertebrate paleontologists, I'd go with Raymond C. Moore. 
 Nobody said I couldn't vote twice!  The vertebrate people are sure to 
win; vertebrates are bigger, and they can squash the invertebrates.  But 
R. C. Moore got the Treatise on Invertebrate Paleontology going back in 
the 1950's, so in my book he wins, overall.
