Chilantaisaurus
A short question concerning _Chilantaisaurus_...
According to Molnar et al. in _The Dinosauria_ (1990), Hu (1964) referred
_Chilantaisaurus tashuikoensis_ and _C. maortuensis_ to the same
genus because the tail vertebrae of the two species were very
similar. (No other material was common to the two species.)
Yet as far as I can determine,, caudal vertebrae are not mentioned as part
of the holotype of _C. tashuikoensis_ (the type species for _Chilantaisaurus_).
OK, maybe it's not such a short question. Can anyone help me out?
