Comparison of emu, ostrich, rhea and dinos?

We received, recently, a singular press release for an edible product
entitled "dino sticks" (really! honest!)

Anyway, these folks include the following list of comparisons and I was
wondering if anyone would like to comment... 

Obviously much of the terminology is wrong, but I suspect that some of
this is just too general to be useful ... or am i wrong?


1. no keel (wishbone)
2. tracks, gait, stance (used in move Jurassic Park)
3. identically structured leg bones/joints
4. skulls not fused and resemble jointed, bony plates
5. primitive decontamination systems (??? does the AEC know about this?)
6. no fuly hollow bones
7. upper jaw bone structure
8. sperm not that of avian (hmmmmmmmmm)
9. muscle groups only found in reptiles
10. muscle groups only found in birds
11. muscle groups found in mammals
12. more than 75 common features with dinosaur Dinonychus (sic) (145
million years ago)
13. many common features with dinosaur Avimimus (65 million years ago)
especially the shortened tail
14. similar also to the Monychus (65 million years ago) especially in
wing formation

They go on to extol the red, beefy tasting meat of these birds, but I
think I'll stop there.
