Need help: From three new to three old!

I'm making a series of skeletal restorations, and need some help! 
Does anyone have a photo (or drawing) of Staurikosaurus'_only_ remains?

Does anyone know if the scaly skin of Carnotaurus is based upon bony 
ossicles, or if it is plain skin and ceratine?

Does anyone have the photo(es) of 
the unnamed "Linsterosaurus"/"Bambi"/"Saurornitholestes sp."?
