Does anyone out there have evidence as to how thick dinosaur skin may have
been. I am familiar with a number of occurrences of skin impressions that
give us a pretty good idea of the skin surface texture and scale placement,
but what about thickness, flexibility, etc. Does anyone know of
occurrences that give a three dimensional representation of skin rather
than just natural molds and casts? This is a constant question we receive
with regard to our current "robotic dinosaur" exhibit.
