City Museum / Survival of Paleo in St. Louis

Dear Friends;

I enjoy very much being able to read, and pass on to others, much of the
exchange
on this list. Thanks to all for keeping it fresh and informative by your
participation.

The Great Russian Dinosaur Exhibition will continue to be available until May
23,
1998, at the City Museum, St. Louis, MO. USA.
When the exhibit closes, I intend to try to continue to provide a paleo
exhibit area
of reduced size, but of equally exciting and informative specimens, both
original
and casts. Some of the specimens will come from local paleo society members
and some from loans from other institutions. I will also continue the free
fossil dig
for the kids, and a lecture series by varied educators and volunteers. There
are many interested people that want paleo to continue at City Museum, as it
has been
quite successful in reaching a large visitor population, both kids and adults.
If any of you readers are interested in helping in any way, or have
suggestions, or have
specimens for loan or donation for this effort, please contact me at the
following;
