Jehosephat - that's really close to the paleo-coast! I wouldn't be
surprised if the exposed Fox Hills section you mention was more or less
contemporaneous with the "better dinosaur material" level.
{I do seem to remember the Hell Creek exceeding 200 meters in some areas,
though obviously not in all).
